Clinique Account Executive Job Description - Motivate and develop Consultants through the process of coaching strengths, sales education, and the execution of Clinique's sales and marketing programs. - Find and implement business solutions by making decisions immediately at point of sale. - Sell Clinique programs to store management, thereby receiving support necessary to properly execute Clinique sales and marketing calendar. - Ensure store management's understanding and action towards Clinique's needs. This includes achieving appropriate inventory levels, timely order flow, and general business support to grow Clinique retail sales. - Deliver the annual sales plan for the assigned region. - Partner with operations management in proper inventory management. - Manage the returns for the region to acceptable company directives. - Handle all required administrative duties expeditiously, accurately, and meet deadlines. - Assist retailer in creatively sourcing, interviewing and hiring the best-fit candidates for Counter Manager and Consultant positions. - Successfully develop and support Clinique in-store team. - Develop strong partnerships with regional team, including Education and Event Coordinators. - Utilize coaching and development skills to ensure thoughtful execution of business strategies.
