The best way to check the status of your most recent orders is to sign in to your Clinique account and visit our Order Status page.
To track your order, click on the tracking number next to the order to view the delivery status.

In a hurry? If you have your order number, you can track your order here without signing in to your account. Your order number is included in the subject line of your order confirmation email.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders with Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 PM EST (except major holidays). Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your order.
Clinique Online Canada accepts orders being shipped to Canada destinations only. We're sorry, at this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to international destinations.

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Clinique Online Canada orders.
When you click on Order Status you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
Item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to the address provided.
A duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please Message Us or call 1-800-419-4041.
If you have placed an order containing a free promotional item(s) and such order also contains a backordered or pre-order item, in the event that you cancel either the backordered or pre-order item prior to the promotional item(s) shipping, and in doing so the order total is below the promotional offer threshold, you will no longer be eligible for the free promotional item(s), the cancelled item(s) and promotional item(s) items from your order will be cancelled, and you will not be charged. If the cancelled portion of your order was pre-paid, a full refund will be issued for all pre-paid items cancelled.
When will I be charged for a Clinique Canada Online purchase made in a Clinique Canada Store?
If your online order is placed by a Consultant in a Clinique Canada Store, the full purchase price of your item(s) (including taxes) will be immediately charged to your form of payment at the time of purchase and before your item(s) ship.
